Technical support on the operation of Flextek products is provided free of charge to cover any required information that might not be found in our manual.  We proudly support our designs but cannot offer free engineering on customer designs since we are committed to keeping our product prices low.  The examples in our manual together with our education kit provide useful and practical application assistance.

Flextek Electronics offers fee-based engineering for product customization or application design.  This approach allows companies or  individuals on a budget to get quick results with minimal risk.  It is suggested that you break your project into small written tasks that can be submitted sequentially.  Essential information includes scope of task and deliverables.  Costs are reduced if you match your requirements to one of our products or applications so only minor modifications are required.  After  contacting us with your basic requirements, we will arrange a time to discuss details if we are able to accept your task. We can only discuss details after payment since we must carefully manange our valuable resources.  No contracts or hassles, just a little help when you need it!
